Where can I buy BoxBugz products?

You can buy BoxBugz products from our website at www.boxbugz.com, and also on Amazon and Etsy.

How many can I buy?

The quantity you can buy depends on our current stock. For large orders, please contact us directly.

What is the cost?

The price for each item is clearly displayed under the item on the shop page. You'll also need to pay for shipping and handling, where applicable. You can view these charges on the checkout page. For orders shipped to Texas (U.S.), an 8.25% sales tax is added. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Orders from outside the U.S. may also be subject to duties and taxes.

Will I be charged tax?

Orders shipped to Texas (U.S.) are subject to an 8.25% sales tax. Orders from countries other than the U.S. may be charged applicable duties and taxes.

How can I pay?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We don't accept cash, personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.

When will I be billed?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you make your purchase.

When will my order ship?

Orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service will be dispatched within 1-3 days of processing.

How long will the offers last?

Items in our store are available while supplies last. Once we're out of stock, the item will be removed.

Can I order items previously sold on the Box storefront?

Items are available in the Box storefront while supplies last. If an item isn't currently featured, it may be because it's out of stock at that time. Some items may reappear in the future.

Is there a phone number for Box customer service?

Our storefront operates online, so all customer service is handled online.

Can I order Box storefront items through the mail?

Currently, we only accept orders online.

Can my order be shipped to an APO/FPO military address or a P.O. Box?

We can ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Non-military orders shipped outside the United States must be sent to a physical street address. We can ship orders within the United States and The Bahamas to P.O. Boxes.

How will my order be delivered?

We deliver orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Where should I direct inquiries about charges to my credit card?

For questions or concerns about charges to your credit card, email us at inquiries@boxbugz.com. Please include your order number in your email.
